QPG Series  Air Stream Spray dryer(drier)

Principle 

The clean air is heated and entered into drying tower; the raw material inside the tower is atomized into fine mist through muzzles of two or three flows. The raw materials carry out heat exchange with the hot air rapidly to evaporate the moisture (solvent) in the raw materials. The moisture or solvent is discharged accompany with hot air, and then the power product is produced.

Features 
1.It is good for raw materials that are large in viscosity, paste materialWhich the other equipment cannot replace it. 
2.More varieties and wide application in drying with lower temperature. 
3.The nozzle is simple in structure, convenient in maintenance and low cost in operation.
4.For the heating system for the machine , it is very flexible. we can configure it based on the customer site conditions  such as steam ,electricity , gas furnace and so on , all of them we can design it to match our spray dryer.
5.Control system has more choices, such as push button, HMI+PLC and so on

(1)if the equipment is bigger than 200, it might be designed and manufactured in accordance with the requirements of customers.
(2)The power of fan is suitable of standard flow chart. If adding the cloth bag to remove dust or recover solvent, it should be increased.
